Store Policies

By placing an order through Foundation Works, you agree to the policies outlined below. Because all of our products are handcrafted and made to order, these policies protect our small business and ensure fair service to all customers.

📦 Order Policy

  • All products are made to order and handcrafted with care.
  • Orders begin production after payment is received.
  • Production time varies depending on order volume and product type. Estimated turnaround times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

❌ Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, or cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.
  • We do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or incorrect color selections.
  • Please review your order details carefully before purchasing.

✏️ Custom Orders

  • Personalized products (names, logos, dates, etc.) are made exactly as approved by the customer.
  • Foundation Works is not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, or layouts approved by the customer.
  • Mockups are sent by request only.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although we inspect each item, mistakes can happen.

  • If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide photos of the product and packaging.
  • If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
  • We do not issue refunds for damaged items, but we may offer a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

📬 Shipping Policy

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order size.
  • Once a package leaves our workshop, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package is marked delivered by the carrier, but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

🔧 Product Disclaimer

  • Acrylic, mirror acrylic (gold, silver, rose gold), and painted finishes are delicate and may show minor surface marks or hairline scratches during production or shipping.
  • Signs larger than 20 inches may be shipped in multiple pieces. Seam lines where pieces connect may be visible.
  • Colors may appear slightly different due to screen display variations.
